Alex Abdoukhakimov - Secretary General
Hey everyone! My name is Alex, I'm in my second year of Social Science Commerce, and I'm also this year's Secretary General at JACMUN!
I'm currently going on my third year of MUN, and I originally joined in order to develop my public speaking skills, my confidence and my research skills. I also particularly enjoyed the aspect of discussing geopolitics, economics and history with like-minded individuals. I've met some of my closest friends through Model United Nations, and I simply hope to impart a similarly rewarding experience to all of you.
Outside of MUN, I spend an embarassing amount of time playing video games, I read a lot of history books and I love going on long, purposeless walks in the city. I also spend my free time learning spanish (quiz me on it!), and I am almost out of the house moreso than inside because I can always be seen hanging out with friends. I'm always looking to meet new people, so if you see me in the hallway, feel free to say hi and ask me anything (about MUN or otherwise)!

Ania Smaïl - Chargée d'Affaires
Hello! I'm Ania, a second year Honours Sciences student. I am SO excited to take the role of chargée d'affaires for JACMUN 2026-2027!
Politics and debate have always been interests of mine and leaving them behind by choosing to study sciences was not an option for me. It's why I joined JACMUN! This club has not only gifted me wonderful friendships but has allowed me to better my public speaking abilities, knowledge of worldwide issues and research capacity.
Outside of MUN (if i'm not crashing out over a physics problem...), you'll find me on a run, reading, listening to music, or picking up a sweet treat with friends :) I also devote my time to being an exec for JAC's Women in Stem club!

Isabella Bunčić - Director of Internal Affairs
Hi everyone! My name is Isabella, and l am a second year student in the Double DEC program. I'm beyond excited and honored to be serving as JACMUN's Director of Internal Affairs this year!
I joined MUN during my first year, and it has quickly become one of the highlights of my college experience.
What started as an interest in debate and international affairs turned into a community where l've been able to meet so many amazing people, and develop my public speaking, debating, and diplomacy skills. I'm especially excited to help create that same welcoming environment for everyone joining us this year!
Outside of MUN (and studying), you can find me reading, going to the gym, listening to music, spending time with my friends and family, or finding something new to keep myself busy with. Cecilia Ricard - USG GA/SA
Hey everyone! My name is Cecilia, a second year Honours Social Science student in the Justice and Society profile. I am thrilled to be JACMUN's USG GA/SA for the 2026-2027 school year.
I joined JACMUN last year because I had an interest for international relations and diplomacy. After my first conference, I immediately fell in love with the fast paced environment of committee and being able to cooperate with so many delegates from across the world.
I enjoy swimming and tanning in my free time. Summer is, hands down, the best season except for when Starbucks introduces the pumpkin iced chai latte during the fall!!!

Noa Finkelstein - USG Crisis
Hi! I'm Noa, and I'm a second-year Honours Social Science student in the Justice and Society profile. I am so happy to be serving as this year's USG Crisis and pass on my love for model UN.
I initially joined MUN to improve my confidence and public speaking skills, and I'm proud to say that I've achieved both of those goals. However, what I value most are the connections and lifelong friendships that MUN has given me. Through this club, I've had the opportunity to meet students from across the globe, debate topics I had never even known existed, and deepen my understanding of diplomacy and international relations. I am so excited to now have the chance to pass on these experiences to new delegates, and guide them through their own MUN journeys.
Aside from Model UN, 1 am passionate about the arts, especially painting and playing piano. I am also an avid reader and hiker, so I can normally be found planning my next trip or curled up with a good book. But no matter what I'm up to, please feel free to say hi to me in the halls!

Hi everyone! I'm Sofia, im in Honours Social Science and this year's USG Finance for JACMUN!
I joined MUN because I wanted to try something new, challenge myself, and learn more about current issues happening around the world. It's been a great experience getting to explore topics I wouldn't normally come across!

Nicole Mikhaiel - USG Logistics
Hi everyone! I'm Nicole and I'm so excited to be your USG Logistics this year!
I'm currently in my second year of Honours Social Science in the Psychology Profile. I first joined MUN in high school and really enjoyed the debate and diplomacy side of it, so I knew I wanted to continue when I joined JAC. Since then, MUN has helped me become more confident, improve my public speaking and meet so many great people along the way.
Outside of MUN, I'm also an exec on the Law & Debate Club and am part of the Air Cadet Program, where I've developed my discipline, leadership, and public speaking skills. In my free time, I love travelling and spending time with my family and friends.
I'm really looking forward to meeting all of you and being part of your MUN journey this year!

Lilianna Spencer - Head Delegate
Hi everyone! My name is Lilianna. I am a second-year Social Science student, and I am delighted to be serving as JACMUN's Head Delegate for the 2026-2027 school year.
I joined JACMUN in my first semester because I wanted to experience the world of debate, politics, and international relations. Throughout my first year, MUN allowed me to meet new people, go beyond my comfort zone, and expand my knowledge on plenty of worldly topics.
In my free time, you can usually find me studying, shopping, or at the gym. It's also not uncommon to spot me at a cafe getting a fun drink! I'm incredibly passionate about travelling and learning about new places. If I could travel the whole world, trust me, I would. I also love meeting new people, so feel free to say hi anytime!
