THE SECRETARIAT

Lorelei Guzevicius - Secretary General
Greetings! My name is Lorelei, I am in my second year of Arts and Science and I have the pleasure of serving as this year’s JACMUN Secretary-General.
I joined MUN this time last year to develop skills such as confidence, diplomacy and public speaking and it was one of the most fulfilling decisions I had ever made. In my time in JACMUN, I have found a community of like-minded individuals that rapidly became some of my closest friends in an environment that incentivized bright and passionate debate.
In my time outside of MUNchkinland, I translate children’s books, work out, spend quality time with my loved ones, find new niche interests (I swear I did not choose to be a part of a D&D campaign) and rewatch my comfort tv shows more times than I care to admit.
I am excitedly waiting to make your acquaintance!

Logan Bélanger - Chargé d'Affaires
Hey y’all! My name is Logan Belanger, and I am currently a second-year student in Honours Social Science with Commerce. I can’t wait for the opportunity to serve as your Chargé d’Affaires.
Model UN has improved my ability to speak publicly and sociably, broadened my perspective on the state of the world, and provided me with a safe space for like-minded people.
Outside of JACMUN, you’ll find me struggling to resist the school’s cafeteria food. I also take time to enjoy the gym, thrifting with friends, listening to music, and staying politically engaged.
Whether you see me running from class to class or camped out in the library, always feel free to tap me on the shoulder and say hello!

Éléa Gnidehou - Director of Internal Affairs
Pleasure to meet you! My name is Éléa Gnidehou and I will be your Director of Internal Affairs. I will be leading meetings and teaching you the inner workings of MUN along with my amazing colleagues, who I also get to call friends.
Like a lot of things, I joined MUN on a whim. My friend told me that if you love to talk and argue, it’s the place for you… so I joined. It has been an amazing experience that has deepened my skills in communication and collaboration but it also taught me the importance of knowledge in international affairs and understanding of politics. However, MUN isn’t only about intellect, it is also about community, and I am so very grateful for the one I have found here.
Outside of MUN though, I do have a life! If I am not studying, you will either find me doing some kind of sport, training or making music. I love all kinds of arts and, most importantly, the art of side quests (and trust me, MUN is full of it!). I am also part of the Debate Club, which has also helped with my MUN-related skills, and I am an executive member and choreographer for The Movement, John Abbott’s Dance Club.
Hope to see a bunch of new faces and meet a lot of you guys! Have a great year… hopefully in MUN :)

Alexandra Moufarrej - USG Public Relations
Hi, I’m Alexandra and I am this year’s USG Public Relations, so you’ll be seeing a lot of me on your screens!
I’m currently a second-year Honours Social Science student in the Justice & Society profile. I joined MUN during my very first semester in the hopes of improving my debating and public speaking skills as well as meeting new people—and it’s safe to say, I have successfully achieved both! My interest in politics and human rights has been my main motivation for getting involved socially and it has been the most rewarding part of my college experience so far.
Outside of MUN, you can find me watching a lot of movies (and logging them on Letterboxd), listening to music and playing an instrument, doing film photography, reading, and writing! If you see someone with a lot of rings on it’s probably me, so always feel free to say hi!
I can’t wait to spend the next year taking pictures of you all :)

Brayden Lawrence - USG Finances
Hi! My name is Brayden. I’m in my second year in the Commerce program and I will be serving as the USG of Finances this year. I joined JACMUN early into my college year and found a passion for communication, debate and diplomacy. These traits also led me to becoming the VP external of the Law and Debate club.
In my spare time away from MUN, I play rugby, rock climb, read, tutor, travel and anything else that life throws at me.
I look forward to meeting you all and doing great things provided it fits in the budget!

Chloé Pearl - USG GA-SA
Hello everyone! My name is Chloé Pearl, a second year Social Science student in the Justice and Society profile. I am honoured to serve as JACMUN’s USG of GA-SA for 2025-2026. Joining MUN in my first semester at Abbott, I immediately fell in love with the fast-paced and dynamic environment. Meeting new people, networking, and participating in conferences quickly became my favorite part of the year and I’m so excited to share this experience with new delegates.
Outside of MUN, I love to stay active, especially through running and participating in different races. I grew up dancing and competing, and now I teach young students ballet in my free time. I am super passionate about travelling and learning about new places, and I dream of travelling the world on my own. Reading is also one of my favorite hobbies and things to do in my free time.
I am so excited to meet everyone this upcoming year!

Lukas Strazza - USG Crisis
Hello, my name is Lukas Strazza, and I’m the USG Crisis for JACMUN. I’m in my 3rd year of Double DEC and my 4th year of doing MUN.
While I started MUN with General Assemblies because of my interest in geopolitics, I really fell in love with SA and Crisis. I didn't care about awards/achievements, networking, or social events. The thing I enjoyed the most was simply the experience of being in committee. At least that’s what I tell myself when I don’t win an award.
I like video games, fantasy novels, and science. If you see me, feel free to ask me a question about MUN.

Zawer Deshak - USG Logistics
Hey, I’m Zawer and I’ll be serving as this year’s USG logistics. I’m a second year social science student in the justice and society profile. I joined MUN last year and have been enjoying the experience ever since, and I can’t wait to share that excitement with all of you!
In my free time I like to travel, play sports, and I recently started playing the accordion. I also happen to be logistics for the law and debate club.
I look forward to meeting all of you !

Sigrid Scott Rodriguez - Head Delegate
Hi everyone! My name is Sigrid and I am in my second year of Social Science Commerce. I am thrilled to be serving as JACMUN’s Head Delegate this year.
I joined JACMUN in my first semester because I have always been interested in politics, communication, and international relations. MUN has also given me the opportunity to socialize and meet with new people, as well as teaching me plenty of essential skills.
Apart from MUN, I love reading, traveling, exercising and spending time with my friends and family. I also love music and coffee, so you will catch me the majority of the time with either my earphones or a cup of coffee.
